Nice hotel, well designed, friendly staff.
The restaurant is very expensive compared to other places around
It was a very nice stay with sweet personal and in a beautiful style hotel...
The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and welcoming. The design is boutique with great attention to detail. The rooms have character and the open plan bathroom with the huge bath was great. There is an abundance of water features and natural palms around the swimming pool/courtyard and nice atmospheric lighting in the evening.
The only downside is the shortage of deck chairs around the pool and the excellent but expensive restaurant.
Excellent service, personnel very helpful. The boutique hotel is small, creating an nice atmosphere. Walking distance from old town of Chiang mai, or just take a tuk tuk for 30b. Highly recommed
Rooms not so dark, but this is a minor point for an excellent hotel
We particularly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Good deal, very nice room, very nice hotel, very quiet, breakfast could be better, but it is an awesome place to stay in Chiang Mai. Don't miss it!
I love this hotel! The yard and decoration is full of charm... Just my cup of tea! There is many heart warming small details, like orchid in the room and bathroom, jasmine on the pillow in the evening...
Swimming pool is a bit small, reception staff is a bit cold, the buffet breakfast is tedious and not very worthwhile.
The hotel has very nice design, and the location is very good,
Staff are not so helpful, at least it is under our expectation.
- Beautiful decorated rooms - breakfast is good - location is good - nice and romantic setting
- Junior suite is not really that much different from normal rooms. - maybe too expensive for Chiang Mai boutique hotel - wireless internet is slow - cocktails from the bar are not really good
Very pleasant resort Well managed with happy staff Would recoment to anybody David Wallis
Great location, comfortable rooms
Bathrooms a bit tired. As it was new years eve we had to have the compulsory gala dinner which was very expensive (70 euros each and we are a family of four!) and not at all value for money. In fact it was almost twice the cost of the room!
Lovely staff, friendly and helpful (staff was very sweet to our children). Very good rooms. Quiet but central location. Relaxing atmosphere. Excellent Restaurant.
The hotel was very thai and small, and the restaurant is superb considering its price! The staff were welcoming. It's very relaxing. I really enjoyed my staying there.
Really beautiful hotel and great location
The water heater was not working correctly an Not enough light in the room
My wife really loved it! She thought it was beautiful with all the neat little details they have put into the place!
Very beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city...ideal to discover Chiang Mai !
